Welcome our New Management Team

We also want to welcome our new manager, Siobhan Tirado.  Siobhan has been our swim
team coach for a number of years and has experience managing other swim clubs.  We are
very excited to have her on board!  Many of the members already know Siobhan through
her coaching and now all our members will get to enjoy her as a manager.  Her intro is in
the Swim Team section.  Amanda Sherwood will be our Assistant Manager.  She has lots
of experience with both the swim team and as Head Lifeguard in 2009.  Welcome Amanda!

Four Seasons 2010 Board

President:  Pam Miske has moved from treasurer to President.  She is determined to keep Four
Seasons well run and a good value for all our families.

Vice President:  Bridget Minnis is our VP and in charge of the snack bar!  Bridget has a well-deserved
reputation of being a careful buyer, which helps keep the snack bar stocked with good values for all of
us.

Athletics:  Marlene Stuber continues her final year as Athletic Director.  Our Swim Team is the best due
to her and the coaching staff.  If your children are on the team, please consider shadowing Marlene this
year and helping next.

Maintenance:  Jim Hastings is our maintenace chief of Four Seasons.  His engineering and technical
background will undoubtedly be helpful keeping the momentum moving forward on various projects in the
coming years.

Marketing:  The Marketing position is still open.  If you can help, please contact a board member.

Membership:  Jennie Bowling is our membership director.  If you are new to the pool, please introduce
yourself and welcome aboard!

Social:  Deb Williamson is in charge of all social activities and is always looking for members to help with
the various events.  If you have ideas for events to add, see her!

Secretary:  Ann Burns is the secretary and webmaster for the Four Seasons Pool.

Treasurer:  Kevin Pender took over the treasurer position from Pam.

At the end of the season, several board positions will open up.  If you are interested, please contact a
board member now for more information.  This is a fun way to help out, meet new people, and enjoy being
involved at Four Seasons.

Membership Dues

Once again, dues will remain at the unchanged rate of $340 for family membership.  This has been
consistent for the last several years and is an exceptional value!

*Please note dues not received by 5/1/10 WILL BE RETURNED and will have to include a late fee charge
of $25 before being accepted.  NO POOL USAGE WILL BE PERMITTED until membership fees and
applicable late charges are paid in full.  Dues that are paid on time allow for expenses to be met and
chemicals, material and stock to be purchased in bulk at lower costs.  Timely payment helps keep
everyone’s annual fee low and is very much appreciated.  Where Your Money is Spent at Four Seasons

Membership Benefits

As always, members are encouraged to utilize the Four Seasons facility as their summer entertainment
venue.  This is a free of charge benefit for all Four Seasons members.  All non-member guests will be
charged standard rates as visitors.  If interested, please schedule with Siobhan Tirado.

Back again after popular demand, pre-paid guest passes are available at a rate of 10 for $30.  Guest
passes can only be used when attending the pool with a member.  This is a $10 savings over the normal
cost of $4 each pass at the door.

Pool Schedule

This year, in an effort to keep costs down, when the Centerville Schools are in session, the pool will close
at 8pm.
On these days the snack bar will not be open.  Also, throughout the entire season, the snack bar
will now close one hour before the pool does at the end of the last rest break.

Employment applications may be requested through the Contact Us form on the website.  An application
will be EMailed to you.  You may mail completed applications to PO Box 292065, Dayton, OH  45429.

Swim Team - Coach Siobhan Tirado - Pool Manager

Hello all, are we all ready for some warm weather?  I sure am!  Many of you know me but I wanted to take
a minute to introduce myself for those that may be new or that haven't officially met me.  My name is
Siobhan Tirado (formally Hicks).  I will be managing the pool this year in addition to coaching the swim
team which I have done for 6 years now.

I live in Oakwood with my two sons, three Great Danes and have one cantankerous cat.  I have managed
pools in my far distant past but have been an education teacher the past 13 years.  I teach at Miamisburg
HS, in addition to being the head age group coach at KEY swim team, and also coaching our fantastic
Four Seasons Team in the summers.

I look forward to meeting all new members, hope that all returning members are looking forward to another
great year and hope that if any of you have questions, that you will feel free to bring them to my attention.  I
hope that this year will be a great year and am hoping for warm weather, and the opportunity to meet all of
you soon.

Notes from Swim Team Coordinator

Swim Team Sign-ups will be Saturday Jun 5 from 9:30-11:30 AM at the pool.  Kastaway will be present
for your swim suit and equipment needs.  The team will use the same suit as last year.  Swimmers can
buy a new suit or continue to use last years.    Preorder is available via calling Kastaway Swimwear at 1-
800-543-2763 (request for delivery at Team Sign-up day).  Have a wonderful Spring and I look forward to
seeing everyone in Jun!!!!!!

Are you ready for some summer?  The Four Seasons Board is!  After last years strangely
cool and rainy summer, we are ready for a nice hot summer (especially after all our snow
this winter)!  The board will be hard at work getting the pool ready for the Kick Off Party on
May 28th and the pool opening on May 29th.  This season Four Seasons will be sporting
some changes.  First off, the main pool will be painted before opening.  I am sure you will all
notice a big difference.  With the painting of the baby pool last year, both of our pools will be
looking great!  The Four Seasons Board is committed to keeping Four Seasons an
exceptional value for all members.  Once again, our dues are unchanged and will remain at
$340 (if paid by May 1st, 2010).  In order to get the pool ready for the summer, we need your
help.  Member clean up days are May 1st and 2nd - 9AM - 1PM and May 15th and 16th -
3PM to 6PM.  Any time you can give is appreciated.  We have numerous committees we
invite you to consider (Maintenance, social, etc).

This year, we are asking you to consider Round it up for Rodney.  In December, Rodney
Albaugh, passed away suddenly.  He is survived by his wife Christian and four young
children.  Rodney had been Associate Pastor at Christ Life Church on Marshall Road for 11
years.  The family loved Four Seasons and the board wanted to help them.  We are asking
all members to "Round Up for Rodney!"  You have the option to add on an extra $10 to your
dues and these monies will be set aside for the family's membership for this year and future
years.  Please consider Rounding It Up for Rodney when making your dues payment.
