You can subscribe to the Four Seasons Web Site so that you can be updated on events,
newsletters, cancellations, or any changes that may occur.
The Four Seasons Towne Club offers our members the option of either having a personal Four
Seasons Towne Club e-mail address, or using an existing e-mail address. For example,
smiths@fourseasonstowneclub.com, could be a user name. If you choose to have a Four
Seasons e-mail please be sure to include your selected user I.D. in the form below. This will
allow us to set up your account correctly. An invitation will be sent to you upon receiving your
requested user I.D. Please keep in mind that @fourseasonstowneclub.com will be part of that
user name and will have to be typed out as part of your user name when you sign in. Our
website is hosted through Yahoo! and can be used with any existing Yahoo! account that you
may already have with them. Upon receiving the invitation simply follow the steps to add to your
existing account or you may create a Yahoo! e-mail account. A second option is to use your
existing e-mail service such as Outlook Express. Simply follow the instructions as indicated on
the invitation to set up your POP/SMTP information from your provider. (for a definition of
POP/SMTP please click the hyper link above.) Incoming and outgoing POP/SMTP settings on
right hand column. (If for any reason you are unable to access your account through Outlook,
Express or Business, please see the bottom of the page.)

Each account is private, with a private password and cannot at anytime be opened by anyone
other than the individual(s) that it is created for. In the rare event that the same user name is
requested, the user name will be given to the first party that requested it. All requests are timed

Outlook set up directions:
Open Outlook, Express, or Business
Go to the top and select tools.
Then select accounts from that menu.
Hit the Mail tab.
Then select Add Mail.
Enter Display Name.
Click next.
Incoming POP type the following: pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
Outgoing SMTP type the following: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
click next.
Account Name. (this is an Outlook account so you can have any user name with the exception of a duplicate account with that e-mail
system).
Password. ( Again you can select any password you like )
And then follow the remaining directions.
Yahoo! Set Up instructions:
To access the 4S Yahoo account you simple go to your existing Yahoo! account information that you provided the invitation when you
signed up.
After you have opened that account you will notice in the "mail accounts" that above your existing e-mail that you are signed in to. There
now will also be a fourseasonstowneclub.com email account.
Click on that hyper link and you will see your 4S account. On the right hand side you should see a mail options. This will allow you to
change that password form the one you originally signed in to.
Also please remember that when signing in with your 4S account you are required to type @fourseasonstowneclub.com as part of your
user name. That is unfortunately a part of the Yahoo! Business software we can not change.
