Minnow Class: Ages 5-7
Shark Class: Ages 6 & Up

Basic Safety, Breathing Skills, Games, Bubbles &
Kicking, Water Adjustment, Safe Water Entry/Exit,
Socialization and Underwater Exploration.

Minnow Class: Ages 5-7
Skills Needed to Enter Class: Blowing Bubbles,
Submerging Underwater, Kicking on board, Begin
Floating, Jumping in at different depths of water and
games.

Skills Learned During Class: Getting toys underwater,
Kicking on board with forward progress, Front/Back
Floating, Jumping in at different depths, Beginning
Diving, Beginning Stroke work.

Shark Class: Ages 6 and older
Skills Needed to Enter Class: Getting toys underwater,
Kicking on board with forward progress, Front/Back
Floating, Jumping in at different depths, Beginning
Diving, Beginning Stroke Work.

Skills Learned During Class: Diving, Diving Board,
Entering water and starting to swim,
Freestyle/Backstroke, Breathing from side to side.
